Diabetes  patients should not use paste for brushing their teeth. As tooth pastes like Colgate, Pepsodent and Closeup contain sugar. These type of pastes will be very harmful for sugar patients. Instead of using paste for brushing their teeth, they can use tooth powder like Farooky and Dabur Lal tooth powder. Even sugar free paste will contain sugar. Try to avoid paste and use tooth powder. 

When to drink water after eating food.

Everybody thinks that as soon as we eat, we have to drink water. But that concept is totally wrong. Drink water after one and half hour of in taking food. Digestion process will start as soon as you complete eating. But water is required only after one and half hour. By taking water after one and half hour of  eating your digestion process will be improved. This also helps in free passage of elimination of waste materials during metabolism in the morning time. As soon as you woke up in the morning drink at least three glasses of water. Don't drink cold water. Cold water is very harmful for our body because it cools fat and stores in our body. Drink water slowly and by gulping. I myself have applied this phenomena and found great results.

Share the happiness of giving

Recently I have seen in NTv news that a girl by name Preethi studying B-Tech final year have suffered liver disease. Doctors have suggested for liver transplantation and it will cost around Rs 50 Lacs. Being from a poor family she cannot afford that cost. Her father David has spent enough money which he has for her cure. Now he is looking for help from someone. So that her life can be saved. Even I have donated Rs 500 for her. I know Rs 500 will not to do anything more change in her life. But even a pot can filled with drops of a water. 
So I kindly request to everybody to do something for that girl Preethi.

Please remember if a child dies in small age will not give that much agony for her parents. But if a child dies after attaining youthful age then the agony will be more for parents.

Human beings are spoiling the environmental balance.

Human beings are spoiling the environmental balance. I have visited kabootar khana or mehbub chowk where different varieties of birds are sold. Even I have bought some sparrows, crows and small birds with my money and set them free in the mother nature. The different varieties which we can find there are pigeons, sparrows, parrots, Eagles, owls and small multi colored birds. Birds have their freedom to fly in the sky. But we cruel human beings are capturing them in cages and selling them for our selfish needs to earn money. I don't know what the different government organizations and wild life protection organizations are doing for their concern.

Dental camp conducted at Government Round Table Primary & High School by YFS & Dr.Afroze of Neel Dental Clinic Ameerpet, Hyderabad

The volunteers who had participated for this dental clinic event are Dr.Afroze of Neel Dental Clinic Ameerpet, Ankitha, Aditya, Santhosh, Kuldeep & Balakrishna. Dr.Afroze has taken a session and gave demonstration on how to brush their teeth to nearly 150 students. He along with his team nearly scanned 150 students and identified nearly 50 students were having tooth decay problems. The dental camp was excellent and even the students enjoyed it. The session between Dr.Afroze & students was very interactive & even the students raised various doubts related to dental problems. Even we have shown the videos of how to brush with the help of projector. Dr. Afroze has also demonstrated pictures of common tooth problems to students with the help of projector. The experience of conducting camp in Round Table Government School, Sanath Nagar-2, Balanagar Ranga Reddy District was amazing. Feel the joy and experience of giving.

On the occasion of Republic Day I along with my friends have donated food for the poor in Niloufer hospital. Experience of donating was very good. We have  prepared Veg Biryani and packed them in silver wrapped cover. So that we can give it to them easily.
All of my friends and me were packing food in silver wrapped packets.
